F. Scott Fitzgerald
I might give him a second chance, I read "The Great Gatsby"....... in 9th grade. I didn't like it, we even watched the movie for it. I personally have a man crush on Robert Redford too and I didn't like it. My brother Craig came out and visited for a couple of weeks and he left me a collection of F Scott Fitzgerald short stories to read, mostly I just wanted to read "The Curious Case of Benjamin Button," that movie looks awesome, but I have been just reading some of his short stories, and I like them, especially "Bernice bobs her hair." That is my favorite one so far, I enjoyed Benjamin Button, but I think it's super depressing, very interesting though.
I know I always hassle James and Valerie about how bad "The Great Gatsby" is, mostly because if you have ever met me, that's kind of my thing. Find something you like and then pretend that you are gay for liking it, even though 90% of the time I enjoy it as well. I bet if I read that book again I would probably really enjoy it, but I am just stubborn enough not too read it again just so I can disagree with people.

So, you're never going to read it? Really?
If I do read it, I might just pretend I never did.
I'm looking for a short story to post for the book club. Which Fitzgerald story would you recommend?
They are all pretty good so far, "Bernice bobs her hair," is my favorite so far. "The Offshore Pirate" was also good, so I'm not sure yet, I am currently on "Mayday and its not too bad either.
Read the Diamond as big as the Ritz yet?
